Shipping policy
Your order will ship within 2-5 business days after your order has been placed.
Pre-orders from the VIP Facebook Group have estimated ship dates on each post. Please refer to the post or notes within your invoice before emailing questions regarding your order status.
Pick up in Lubbock will be available as soon as the item is packaged. You will be notified of the exact pickup location then.
Pickup in Burkburnett will be available when time allows for me to make weekend trips or when I have bulk to ship. Please note I do not travel to Burk every weekend, so please be patient if I cannot have your item available for pickup as soon as it is packaged. If you would like your item to arrive as soon as it is ready, please choose shipping for your item.
RETURNS
If you choose to return your item(s), your shipping cost will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs. Any pick up items being returned must be delivered back to the pick up location. Your refund will be issued after we receive the item(s). Please note pre-orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.
SHIPPING
West H Boutique is not responsible for delivery service (USPS, UPS) delays, lost, damaged or marked delivered items. Please file a claim with the delivery service if this issue arises.
